CHAIRMAN

Tim Keast

•Risk Advisory’s Chairman was instrumental in establishing and growing Clayton Euro Risk and developing the "Evident Risk Review" service which has become an industry standard. Tim formed the now widely used A-D grading structure for the evaluation of loans and data; this is now the norm in the industry.
•Having spent over 45 years in the Banking and Financial Services sector Tim has established many successful businesses. Previously at CitiBank and Bristol & West Building Society, Tim was a founding Director of Future Mortgages, Euro Risk Management which evolved to Clayton Euro Risk and most recently Situs Risk Advisory.

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Michael Chadwick

•Backed by extensive knowledge of lending quality and processes throughout Europe and beyond, Michael has overall responsibility for delivery of value-added advisory services to new and existing client relationships.
•Having accrued 30 years of financial industry experience, Michael has a broad and deep understanding of due diligence services. Michael has worked on over 500 due diligence projects many with significant well-known brands.
•Previously the MD for Risk Advisory with Situs helping to expand its services beyond the Commercial Real Estate servicing and advisory space. Prior to Situs, he spent 9 years at Clayton Euro Risk culminating in being the Managing Director – Operations, where he played a significant role in the executive management team and project execution both in the UK and across Europe. He has also held positions at Deutsche Bank and Lehman Brothers, where he managed underwriting teams and is CeMAP qualified.

Chief Operating Officer

Steve McCarthy

•With 45 years’ experience in banking and finance, Steve has spent the past 10 years leading engagements in risk and advisory services, having joined Situs in 2014 from Clayton Euro Risk.
•Prior to transitioning into the advisory world, he spent 26 years as a senior manager in residential, consumer and commercial underwriting and origination roles for several traditional and speciality lenders in the UK and Irish markets.
•He also spent 6 years as a General Manager for a multi-line insurance company.
•Previously worked for Situs Risk Advisory, Clayton Euro Risk, Kensington Mortgage Company, United Dominion Trust (part of Lloyds Bank), Commercial Credit, Bristol & West Building Society (later Bank of Ireland) and Legal & General Insurance.

Client Services Director

Paul Hobbs

•Paul has 30 years’ experience in the banking and mortgage sectors, previously was VP and Head of Operations at Clayton Euro Risk with overall responsibility for the negotiation, management and delivery of projects.
•Has set-up, managed and delivered on several hundred due diligence projects across a broad spectrum of asset classes, including vendor due diligence reporting packs for many of the large UK ABS portfolio sales that have been taken to market since 2014.
•Previous career highlights include Credit/Risk Manager with Investec, Lending Quality Manager with Bank of Ireland Mortgages, Senior Underwriting Consultant with Lloyds Banking Group and Regional Underwriter at Deutsche Bank Mortgages.

Operations Director

Gareth Griffiths

•Gareth has worked within due diligence since 2011, previously at Situs Risk Advisory from 2014, having started with Clayton Euro Risk providing mortgage consultancy to various financial institutions.
•Roles have included advising UK, French, Spanish, German and Saudi Arabian institutions on lending policies, common practise, due diligence, data integrity and payment performance.
•Significant experience of file auditing covering re-underwriting, servicing and compliance such as the term-end interest only mortgage issues. Project Manager on several audits throughout the UK.
•Prior to this has worked in Financial Services since 1996 including ten years as a prime and sub-prime mortgage underwriter across Lehman Brothers and Bristol & West, and in various advisory positions.
•Fully CeMAP qualified, in addition to Certificate in Regulated Customer Care and Certificate in Equity Release plus a Degree in Financial Services.

Project Delivery Manager

Sandra Brooks

•Sandra has nearly 20 years' experience of underwriting prime and sub-prime mortgages, plus experience in semi-commercial and bridging finance.
•Most recently with Situs Risk Advisory as Client Services Manager since December 2015, where she has been undertaking and managing various audits throughout the UK. This includes managing a team of contractors and liaising with clients throughout the whole process to ensure clients' scopes are delivered in full.
•Past roles include time spent as an underwriter with Derbyshire Building Society, Lehman Brothers, Norwich Union and Capital Home Loans.

Transaction Support Manager

Jason Nicholas

•An experienced project support and data analytical manager, Jason has a proven track record in Data Analysis and MI reporting, as well as in-depth experience in Risk Underwriting, Sales Liaison, Systems Testing and Change Management. Jason has responsibility for handling all data ensuring controlled access and communications.
•Jason provides support to the projects team to build out project road maps, by undertaking a thorough analysis of data provided, including outlining sampling methodologies and providing data stratifications showing the characteristics of a complete loan pool against a selected sample. Jason will examine and monitor Virtual Data Rooms, as well as oversee the Quality Control of reviewers and any output provided.
•Jason joined Situs Risk Advisory in October 2016, having previously worked at Clayton Euro Risk for six years in a similar role. Prior to this spent 23 years with GE Money undertaking various roles within the group.
