Second office opened
Risk Advisory Europe continue to grow and have opened a new office in Bristol. The current office in Royal Wootton Bassett will continue to provide the administrative support and accounts department as well as oversee the flow facility teams, while the new office in Long Ashton will focus mainly on Client Services and Transaction Support.
“It makes perfect sense, we had quickly outgrown our Wiltshire office and a lot of the team are Bristol-based. We are also hoping this will assist us in recruitment, with a larger target area from which to identify talented staff. We have managed to secure various commitments for work well into 2019 and have established ourselves as the go to provider of Vendor Due Diligence; I would envisage the operation will continue to grow over the next 12 to 18 months” said Chief Executive Michael Chadwick.
The team have recently undertaken some high-profile projects and the company has been able to demonstrate its capabilities in numerous jurisdictions. In particular, our teams have conducted several reviews focussing on new lender start-ups, with various new entrants in the lending arena - our consultancy services have provided guidance on areas such as compliance, on-boarding, lending policy reviews and new business loan assessments.
We continue to provide our regular independent re-underwriting and quality assurance reviews and are also looking to grow the workforce support solutions side of the company, where our experienced pool of consultants are placed within lending institutions in various support roles. These range from mortgage processing and packaging, to mortgage underwriting, monitoring adherence to KYC guidelines, as well as in collections and servicing roles.
